Prime performance in a zoom

LEITZ ZOOM 25-75 mm and 55-125 mm T2.8 are two full-frame zooms that, according to Leitz, deliver a performance and consistency previously only achievable with primes: even edge-to-edge illumination and resolution, almost no breathing, distortion or chromatic aberration, and accurate skin tones and colour.

Parfocal, constant T2.8

The T2.8 aperture stays constant across the range and they are parfocal, so you can zoom in-shot without losing focus. 46.5 mm image circle.

Matched with LEITZ PRIME

Edge-to-edge performance closely follows LEITZ PRIME in full frame and matches SUMMILUX-C on smaller formats, with the same colour temperature as the rest of the range. ELSIE lenses also pair with them with very little adjustment.

Cine mechanics

114 mm front with M112 x 1.5 thread, rear net holder, matched focus, iris and zoom ring positions on both, 270° focus rotation and turnable metric/imperial scales. Interchangeable PL or LPL mounts with /i contacts. Designed and made in Germany.

Leitz Zoom 2575mm T2.8

This zoom offers T2.8, a 0.91 m close focus, 266.6 mm length and 3.7 kg weight.
