Complaints

If the products received are not in conformity with the invoice, the Customer must notify CATTSCAMERA as soon as possible and always within three days from the receipt of the order, by sending an e-mail to info@cattscamera.com in which a copy of the invoice must be attached to the complaint, or by calling +34 917 865 627.

Any complaint about the quality of a product must be accompanied by a description of the defect reported, indicating the model of the item with the defect, adding in cases where possible, an image to support the description and as far as possible a fact check, a sample of the product itself in its original packaging with useful references for identification.

No claim will be accepted if the above conditions are not respected.
