The following are the General Conditions of Contract. The contracting conditions and all the steps of the online formalization of the procedure are written in Spanish. The electronic document of the contract formalized by the user with CATTS CAMERA, S.L.U., will be filed electronically. A copy will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the user at the time of formalizing the contract.

These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to all offers, quotations and sales of goods and/or services by CATTS CAMERA to any Buyer. If CATTS CAMERA and Buyer have entered into a separate written agreement relating to the sale of goods or the provision of services, including without limitation a reseller or distributor agreement (but not, for the avoidance of doubt, any terms and conditions of Buyer), these Terms and Conditions shall additionally apply to purchases made under the separate agreement to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of such separate agreement.
Any user is free to access the store. Once inside the online store, the user can add the desired items to the cart, or request the corresponding budget. The formalization of any sale or purchase through this website implies the prior reading and full acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale established. By accepting them, the User guarantees that he/she is a person of legal age and with capacity for its formalization, and that he/she has read and therefore accepts the provisions therein.
The validity of the rights and obligations contained in these General Terms and Conditions shall survive the execution of the contract. Any clause herein included will therefore be considered as a General Condition of Contract of the CATTS CAMERA, S.L.U.All this regardless of the conditions for the product purchased by the user are established and may be applicable.
It is understood that these General Terms and Conditions may not be modified, except in the event that the modification of the same has been expressly accepted in writing by CATTS CAMERA, S.L.U.
With regard to the cost of the products purchased, it will be understood that the User agrees at the time he/she formalizes the contract, according to the rates in force at any given time, and published on the website. In case there is an error or lack of update in the information provided on the website at the time of purchase, CATTS CAMERA will inform the user within 24 hours.
C) Objective and regulatory scope:
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to regulate any legal relationship arising from the contracting of services or the purchase of products made available to its customers by CATTS CAMERA, S.L.U.It is understood that the user accepts them from the moment he/she acquires any product offered by this entity, without prejudice to the applicable regulations and particular conditions that are established and applicable by virtue of the nature of the same, which will be made available to the user prior to the formalization of said contracting
With regard to the applicable legislation, these General Terms of Use shall be in any case subject to the provisions of both Law 7/1998 of April 13, 1998, on General Contracting Conditions, and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, 2007, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, as well as Law 7/1996 of January 15, 1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade
Without prejudice to the foregoing, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and, where applicable, Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, 1999, regulating Telephone or Electronic Contracting with general conditions, and Law 34/ 2002 of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
By virtue of the foregoing, users are informed that these regulations shall apply to general terms and conditions clauses that are part of contracts subject to Spanish law
Notwithstanding the foregoing, it shall also apply to contracts subject to foreign law when the adherent has issued its business statement in Spanish territory and has its habitual residence therein, without prejudice to the provisions of international treaties or conventions.
D) User Registration and Personal Data Processing Procedure:
To make any purchase of the products offered by CATTS CAMERA, S.L.U., it will be a prerequisite and essential requirement to complete the registration procedure as a User, which implies full and express acceptance of the General Conditions of Contract. In the event that the User does not agree with them, he/she should not continue with the contracting for the acquisition of the products offered

The User guarantees that he/she is of legal age, and therefore has full legal capacity to be a party to a contract and to be able to accept these General Terms and Conditions, assuming any liability that may arise from the use of these services. In case of being a minor, the completion of the registration procedure or purchase of products will be presumed to have the prior consent of their parents or guardians.
It is recommended to the User the habitual reading of the present General Conditions of Contracting, with the express warning that CATTS CAMERA, S.L.U., reserves the right to carry out its modification when it considers it opportune, understanding therefore that the User gives its consent for the General Conditions of Contracting in force at the precise moment of the contracting
To complete the Registration procedure, the User must follow the successive steps that will appear on his/her computer screen, creating a personal and non-transferable password that will allow quick access to his/her personal data and to his/her "User" status, both in the case of being an individual and a company, without having to complete the procedure again in the event that he/she wishes to access this service again

E) Contracting for the acquisition of products and/or services offered by CATTS CAMERA, S.L.U.:
CATTS CAMERA, S.L.U., guarantees the User the formalization of the purchase of the products purchased for the price set at the time of payment. For its part, the User guarantees that all data provided, both for identification purposes and for payment, are truthful. Likewise, he/she guarantees that he/she is the legitimate owner of the means of payment used, or that he/she has sufficient power of attorney in the event that he/she is formalizing the payment on behalf of a legal entity. In this sense, CATTS CAMERA, reserves the right to take any legal action that may be appropriate against the User.
The User is responsible for the data provided and therefore undertakes to assume any risk inherent to the fact of providing them through the Internet, without prejudice that CATTS CAMERA uses all the means at its disposal to protect and guarantee the confidentiality of such data. Therefore, CATTS CAMERA is expressly exonerated from any fraudulent use of such data by a third party.
By paying the amount indicated for the purchase of the product, the User agrees to use the same at all times in accordance with current regulations, as well as these General Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CATTS CAMERA, reserves the right to refuse the formalization of such contract in the event that the User is considered to be in breach of any of the above aspects, proceeding if necessary, provided that it is appropriate for not having made effective the purchase of the product, to refund the amount paid
For pre-orders or orders under quotation, in the event that a manufacturer's retail price is not available at the time of order, CATTS CAMERA will communicate the final price to the Buyer as soon as possible
Goods are supplied in accordance with the relevant manufacturer's standard specifications, but CATTS CAMERA reserves the right for it and/or the manufacturers to make such improvements and modifications in such specifications without notice as they may deem desirable under the circumstances and without any further liability to Buyer, without obligation to modify or change goods previously delivered or to supply new goods in accordance with previous specifications, unless otherwise agreed in writing by CATTS CAMERA and always subject to payment by Buyer of any additional charges which may arise.
In the event CATTS CAMERA or its suppliers wish to make improvements or modifications to the goods supplied to Buyer which affect their form, fit or function, CATTS CAMERA will not implement such improvements or modifications without Buyer's prior consent.
If Buyer wishes to change the specifications of the products to be supplied by CATTS CAMERA, CATTS CAMERA shall not be obligated to accept such change. If CATTS CAMERA accepts any proposed change requested by the Buyer, CATTS CAMERA shall be entitled to adjust the price, delivery and warranty accordingly.
All technical information and indications on products and performances provided by CATTS CAMERA are provided as accurately as possible, but shall not be considered binding and shall not form part of any contract with the Purchaser unless specifically confirmed or agreed to in writing by CATTS CAMERA.
As far as the information provided by CATTS CAMERA to the buyer is concerned, it shall remain confidential. Therefore, the purchaser undertakes not to disclose to any third party, without the written consent of CATTS CAMERA, any confidential information supplied. For the purposes of the foregoing, any quotation, performance, offer or similar document and all its contents and all items referred to therein shall be deemed confidential.
The buyer undertakes not to copy or reproduce in any form whatsoever shall not copy or reproduce any drawings, specifications or other written material supplied by CATTS CAMERA in connection with the goods or any of the goods themselves or any part thereof. In the event of any breach of the above, CATTS CAMERA reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.
F) Perfection of the contract between the Parties:
Product offers made available to the user through the web site WWW.CATTSCAMERA.COM shall not be binding until the moment the customer formalizes his order, being from then on both parties bound to the application of the General Conditions of Sale herein. In application of the above, the acceptance by CATTS CAMERA of any contracting request made by the user will be effective only and exclusively from the moment of receipt of the same by the entity, provided that this takes place within the period of validity of the offer and fulfilling all the established requirements
In case of a request for quotation, it is expressly noted that no quotation sent by CATTS CAMERA, either verbally or in writing, shall constitute an order confirmation All orders are subject to product availability. If there are any supply issues, or if there are no items left in stock, you will be informed immediately.
Buyer's Default: In the event that Buyer is in any way in default of its payment obligations, or any of the general terms and conditions applicable hereunder, CATTS CAMERA may, subject to its right to take appropriate legal action, cancel any undelivered or uncompleted portion of the order and detain any goods in transit.
G) Price. Currency and Taxes:
With regard to the price of the products purchased, it is understood that the user agrees at the time of formalizing the contract, with the rates in force at any time, and published on the website.
The prices will always be shown in EUROS, with the corresponding taxes broken down, being applicable in the current regulations applicable at all times.
The amount of the shipping costs will be indicated to the customer at the time the order is placed. CATTS CAMERA reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, the changes it deems appropriate, and may update, even daily, products and prices according to new developments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no case such changes will affect purchases already formalized.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by CATTS CAMERA, the price of the Goods shall be as set out in CATTS CAMERA's prevailing price lists at the date of purchase or pre-order (in the latter case, with a confirmed purchase order or deposit) (whichever is the earlier), subject always to the provisions of the following paragraphs.
Prices may be modified by CATTS CAMERA at any time. In the case of placing an order that is in stock and does not require prior quotation, the price will be the price in effect at the time of making the online purchase. Otherwise, CATTS CAMERA will notify the Buyer of any price alteration, after which the Buyer may terminate the contract (without liability for CATTS CAMERA) by written notice to CATTS CAMERA within 7 days.
For pre-ordered products purchased by CATTS CAMERA in a currency other than Euro (€), the final price is subject to fluctuation of currency exchange rates and will be agreed between CATTS CAMERA and the Buyer prior to completion of the sale. Once the price has been agreed and CATTS CAMERA has ordered the goods, the Buyer may only cancel its order in accordance with the provisions of these General Conditions.
In relation to purchases that require export from Spain, and with regard to any tax or duty that may be applicable, CATTS CAMERA will not assume the burden of the same, being the responsibility of the user
Buyer shall be responsible for all applicable sales taxes, such as value added, excise or similar tax in connection with the goods, unless Buyer provides CATTS CAMERA with a tax exemption certificate or license acceptable to the tax authorities prior to shipment. In addition, customs duties and costs, if any, shall be the responsibility of the Buyer. Prices do not include VAT or other taxes, nor do they include ex-factory prices.
H) Coverage of the offer:
With regard to the coverage of the supply of products for online purchase, CATTS CAMERA, S.L.U. makes national and international shipments of their orders. Prior to the formalization of the purchase, the price of shipping costs will be indicated in each case.

Both telephone and on-line purchases can be paid by credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard).
If payment is made by credit card, the amount of your order will be blocked and will not be charged and deducted from your credit until the order has been shipped. This operation is supported by most banks. In the event that the user proceeds to cancel the payment once the shipping process has begun, the corresponding penalty will be established.
If payment is made by debit card, the charge will be made automatically at the time of purchase
CATTS CAMERA reserves the right to withhold any order for security reasons, in which case the affected customers will be informed. We also reserve the right to cancel an order, if we believe it is not possible to verify shipping and billing information or we believe it involves resale purposes by the purchaser.
Deposit in CATTS CAMERA's bank accountIn order to make the purchase by this method it is necessary to contact CATTS CAMERA by e-mail where we will be able to provide you with the steps to follow.
Bank transfer:
Payments can only be made by bank transfer from countries belonging to the European Union and only in Euros.
Once the purchase has been made, the payment must be made into the bank account. When the payment is received, the shipping protocol will begin.
The customer will have a period of 3 working days from the date on which the order was placed to make the payment. The order will not be considered accepted until it is effectively confirmed that the payment has been received. If the corresponding amount has not been received within this period, the order will be cancelled. All the expenses derived from making the payment by transfer will be paid by the customer.
CATTS CAMERA guarantees users that the payment process is carried out with absolute security, in accordance with the required security protocols and services. In addition, you can formalize your purchase through PAYPAL, GOOGLE PAY, SAMSUNG PAY and BIZUM. In the event that the buyer chooses to finance or defer your purchase through any payment method, CATTS CAMERA will be expressly exonerated from any liability, being any claim or dispute to be filed directly with the corresponding payment entity. In the case of payment through the PAYPAL platform, there will be a 3% surcharge.
J) Confirmation of the products purchased
Once the payment has been made and the contracting has been formalized, CATTS CAMERA will send to the e-mail address provided by the user, documentary justification of the contracting made, stating all the necessary terms
K) Exchanges and Returns. Right of withdrawal:
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In order to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, the User may send CATTS CAMERA the withdrawal document made available to him/her on the website, within the legally established deadline. Therefore, prior communication is recommended in order to avoid misunderstandings and to speed up all procedures.

The Law establishes a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal. This period is counted from the signing of the contract (articles 68-79 and 102-108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 as amended by Law 3/2014, in force since March 29, 2014). In case of withdrawal, CATTS CAMERA will proceed to refund the money
In the event that the User is entitled in accordance with the nature and characteristics of the order, and decides to exercise the right of withdrawal under the terms established, CATTS CAMERA will reimburse the amount of the product to the same within a period not exceeding 14 days from receipt thereof, through the means of payment used.
CHANGES: The item to be exchanged must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The exchange of an item will be made for another or more of equal or greater value. The period of time will not exceed fourteen days from the date of receipt of the item. Once received the goods in our warehouse, and after checking the condition of it will proceed to change, in this case the shipping costs to our headquarters are borne by the customer.
RETURNS Regarding returns, in the case of not being satisfied with the product received, the User must inform CATTS CAMERA within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. The article must be sent in the conditions previously specified in the section of changes and accompanied by the return document that is attached with the article duly completed. Orders placed on demand and specifically processed for the user will not be included in this section.
The costs of this second shipment shall be borne by the customer.
In the case of erroneous shipments, the costs of this second shipment will be borne by CATTS CAMERA and will also be made within a period not exceeding fourteen days.
No returns will be accepted for those products in which it has been specified that no exchanges or returns are allowed, except in the case that the product is affected by a defect or tare. For the return, the buyer may choose the return method he/she prefers
If the return has its origin in a defect or defect, the return of the product will have no cost to the customer. In case of withdrawal by the buyer for any other reason, he/she will be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs
The return of the product must be made in perfect condition, so that if the user breaks the seal or packaging or other circumstances that cause the loss of value of the good, not being able to sell it as new, the user will assume twenty-five percent of the original cost of the product.
In all cases in which a refund is required, the amount of the product will be reimbursed to the User within a period not exceeding 14 days from receipt thereof, through the means of payment used.
L) Conditions of formalization, shipment, transport and delivery of orders:
PACKAGING The specification of the packing of the goods shall be entirely at the discretion of CATTS CAMERA, which shall have the right to pack all goods in such manner, with such materials and in such quantities as CATTS CAMERA may deem appropriate, and which shall not be bound by any packing instructions or requests of the purchaser. The cost of special packing, if agreed or deemed necessary by CATTS CAMERA, shall entail an additional charge.
DELIVERY All orders are subject to the cost of packaging and transportation to Buyer's designated address by CATTS CAMERA's standard method of transportation
Any request by the Buyer for delivery other than by CATTS CAMERA's normal method of transportation shall be subject to CATTS CAMERA's prior agreement and shall entitle CATTS CAMERA to adjust the price and terms of delivery accordingly. Although CATTS CAMERA will use its best endeavours to meet any agreed delivery date, it accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from delay, howsoever caused, nor shall late delivery or non-delivery be a basis for cancellation of any order by the Buyer. CATTS CAMERA may make partial deliveries
The Goods shall be at Buyer's risk from the time of delivery. You (and/or any person taking possession of the Goods on your behalf) shall be responsible for inspecting the condition and quantity of the Goods, at the time of collection/delivery. The Products shall be signed for upon receipt. Acceptance of the Products at the point of delivery shall be deemed confirmation of the condition of the Products and your acceptance of the Products in such condition. Any alleged discrepancy in delivery must be notified to CATTS CAMERA in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the Goods. If the Buyer fails to notify CATTS CAMERA in writing of such discrepancy within such period, it shall be deemed to have waived its rights in this respect.
For products in stock, the general delivery time for mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and European Union will be 10 working days. The delivery time in the Canary Islands will be 21 working days. The delivery time in Ceuta and Melilla will be 21 working days. The general delivery time for international destinations outside the European Union will be approximately 15 working days in customs. The delivery time at home will depend on the time it takes for taxes to be paid (except for customs inspections).
These deadlines may vary depending on the product, and CATTS CAMERA, S.L. will in no case be responsible for any delays that may occur due to causes beyond its control or force majeure. CATTS CAMERA, S.L., will do everything possible to ensure that the deadlines indicated are met
Notwithstanding the above, and given that we do not have all the products offered in stock, the usual delivery time may be altered depending on the availability of the product in origin. You can check availability before placing your order. Also, the delivery time may be altered by the management of transport agencies. In addition, due to the exceptional situation caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19), the delivery times of orders may also be affected for this reason.
For orders of several items, when some of the items are not available, you can choose to receive your order in a single shipment and wait for the availability of all items or choose two shipments, in this case, we supply in a first shipment the available items and in a second shipment the rest of the order. These split orders will be treated as separate orders for shipping costs.
ORDER PROCESSINGThe User can make the purchase through the web page, calling us by phone or sending us an e-mail
CATTS CAMERA reserves the right to suspend deliveries if payment of any previous invoice does not meet the agreed terms, and will charge interest on overdue amounts from the due date until the date payment is received, both before and after any judgment, at the rate of 2% per month.
CATTS CAMERA reserves the right to make limited goods available to other buyers, such as used goods or special orders, when the goods were originally assigned to a finance application that has been referred for more than 7 days. If a finance application is referred it is because the finance company requires more information from the Buyer and it is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that it is resolved quickly.
FORCE MAJEURE CATTS CAMERA shall, without prejudice to the other provisions hereof, have the right to cancel or terminate any contract and shall not be liable for any loss or damage if its ability to perform its obligations under the contract is impaired in any way for any reason beyond CATTS CAMERA's control, or for commercial unfeasibility, including failure of CATTS CAMERA's suppliers to perform their obligations, denial or cancellation of necessary permits or licenses, or substantial increases in the costs of performance.
RISK Risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to Buyer upon delivery of the goods at Buyer's authorized business premises or at the delivery address designated in the order by Buyer or to a carrier on Buyer's behalf (whichever is earlier). In any event Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining and paying for appropriate insurance. The Buyer agrees that by signing/accepting delivery of the goods from CATTS CAMERA it has verified that all items ordered are present and correct. CATTS CAMERA shall have no liability for the presence and/or condition of the goods once the Buyer (or its representative) has received/signed for delivery. In cases where deliveries are made to "secure locations" or "designated neighbors" specified by the buyer in their account with a delivery/courier company, the buyer shall be deemed to have established the manner in which they are happy for the goods to be delivered and the delivery shall be deemed to have been received/completed
OWNERSHIP OF THE ASSETS CATTS CAMERA shall retain title to the goods until it has received full payment of all sums due and/or to become due in connection with the supply of all goods and services to the Buyer at any time. For these purposes, CATTS CAMERA has only received payment when it has been irrevocably credited to its bank account. In the event that goods owned by CATTS CAMERA are attached to, mixed with or incorporated into other goods not owned by CATTS CAMERA and are not identifiable or separable from the resulting composite or mixed goods, ownership of the resulting composite or mixed goods shall vest in
CATTS CAMERA and the latter shall retain it for as long and under the same conditions as it would have retained ownership of the goods in question.
Buyer shall store goods owned by CATTS CAMERA in such a manner that they are clearly identifiable as the property of CATTS CAMERA, shall maintain records of such goods identifying them as the property of CATTS CAMERA, of the persons to whom it sells or disposes of such goods and of the payment made by such person for such goods. It shall permit CATTS CAMERA to inspect such records and the goods themselves upon request. All goods supplied by CATTS CAMERA that are in Buyer's possession will be presumed to belong to CATTS CAMERA (unless Buyer can prove otherwise).
CATTS CAMERA shall have the right to trace the proceeds of sale and insurance proceeds received with respect to goods owned by CATTS CAMERA immediately prior to their sale. Buyer shall hold such proceeds in trust for CATTS CAMERA.
If Buyer fails to make any payment to CATTS CAMERA when due; enters bankruptcy, liquidation or receivership or an arrangement with its creditors; causes a receiver or manager to be appointed over all or any part of its assets; becomes insolvent; ceases to carry on business; or if CATTS CAMERA has reasonable grounds to believe that any of these events are likely to occur, CATTS CAMERA shall be entitled, without prejudice to any other remedy:
- to withhold delivery of any undelivered goods and to detain any goods in transit. Unless CATTS CAMERA expressly elects otherwise, any contract between CATTS CAMERA and Buyer for the supply of goods shall continue to exist notwithstanding CATTS CAMERA's exercise of its rights under this condition.

All Software received by Buyer is delivered subject to the terms of the related license agreement as provided by the applicable software manufacturer.
CATTS CAMERA does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet Buyer's requirements. CATTS CAMERA does not warrant the performance or suitability of the Software supplied.
The Software cannot be returned for refund or replacement.
Buyer acknowledges that it shall have no rights in the Software or any trademark, trade name or service mark used in association with the Software.

We can arrange for the collection and return of goods; however, the cost of this service will be borne by the User.
We may have to cancel an order before the goods are delivered, due to an event beyond our control or unavailability of stock. If this happens, we will contact you immediately to let you know; and if you have made any payments in advance for goods that have not been delivered to you, we will refund these amounts.
The product warranties described above are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights in relation to goods that are defective or not as described.

If the goods are found to be defective at the time of delivery, CATTS CAMERA undertakes to arrange for the repair or replacement of such defective goods free of charge, subject always to the corresponding assumption of liability by the manufacturer or supplier.
In addition, CATTS CAMERA's total liability arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or restitution, or for breach of statutory duty or misrepresentation, or otherwise, shall in all circumstances be limited to the full value (excluding VAT and delivery) of the products purchased.
