For products in stock, the general delivery time for mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and European Union will be 10 working days. The delivery time in the Canary Islands will be 21 working days. The delivery time in Ceuta and Melilla will be 21 working days

The general delivery time for international destinations outside the European Union will be approximately 15 working days for customs clearance. Home delivery time will depend on the time it takes for taxes to be paid (except for customs inspections).

These deadlines may vary depending on the product, and CATTS CAMERA, S.L. will not be in any case responsible for those delays that may occur due to causes beyond its control or force majeure. CATTS CAMERA, S.L., will do everything possible to ensure that the deadlines indicated are met

Notwithstanding the above, and given that we do not have all the products offered in stock, the usual delivery time may be altered depending on the availability of the product at origin

You can check availability before placing your order. Also, the delivery time may be altered by the management of transport agencies

In addition, due to the exceptional situation caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19), delivery times of orders may also be affected for this reason.

For orders of several items, when some of the items are not available, you may choose to receive your order in a single shipment and wait for the availability of all items or choose two shipments, in this case, we supply in a first shipment the available items and in a second shipment the rest of the order.

These split orders will be treated as separate orders for shipping and handling purposes.

Terms and conditions of order placement, shipment, transport and delivery

PACKAGING The specification of the packing of the goods shall be entirely at the discretion of CATTS CAMERA, which shall have the right to pack all goods in such manner, with such materials and in such quantities as CATTS CAMERA may deem appropriate, and which shall not be bound by any packing instructions or requests of the purchaser. The cost of special packing, if agreed or deemed necessary by CATTS CAMERA, shall entail an additional charge.

DELIVERY All orders are subject to the cost of packaging and transportation to Buyer's designated address by CATTS CAMERA's standard method of transportation

Any request by Buyer for delivery other than by CATTS CAMERA's normal method of transportation shall be subject to CATTS CAMERA's prior agreement and shall entitle CATTS CAMERA to adjust the price and terms of delivery accordingly

While CATTS CAMERA will use its best efforts to meet any agreed delivery date, it accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from delay, however caused, nor shall late delivery or non-delivery be a basis for cancellation of any order by Buyer. CATTS CAMERA may make partial deliveries

The Goods shall be at Buyer's risk from the time of delivery. You (and/or any person taking possession of the Goods on your behalf) shall be responsible for inspecting the condition and quantity of the Goods, at the time of collection/delivery

The Products shall be signed for upon receipt. Acceptance of the Products at the point of delivery shall be deemed confirmation of the condition of the Products and your acceptance of the Products in such condition

Any alleged discrepancy in delivery must be notified to CATTS CAMERA in writing within 24 hours after receipt of the goods. If the Buyer fails to notify CATTS CAMERA in writing of such discrepancy within that period, it shall be deemed to have waived its rights in this respect.

Opening hours and operation of the online store

The online store will be available 24 hours a day. Notwithstanding the foregoing, its service may be interrupted for maintenance work. In case of a query via email, it will be answered during working hours, as soon as possible. In case there is an error or lack of update in the information provided on the website at the time of purchase, CATTS CAMERA will inform the user within 24 hours.

Limitation of liability

With regard to the limitation of liability, it is expressly stated that CATTS CAMERA's liability for any claim shall in any case be limited to the restitution of the amount paid by the user for the purchase of the product or contracting of the service. In this sense, and to the fullest extent permitted by the legislation in force, the company shall not assume any liability for indirect damages, and in particular for any loss, damage, claim, liability, expense, penalty, consequential damage, loss of profit or other concept however and whenever it may have occurred.

Integrity and Partial Nullity of the Contract

These General Conditions of Sale constitute the entire contract between the parties without any additional promises, terms and conditions and obligations in relation to its object that are not set forth herein, without prejudice to the provisions regarding modifications in the above clauses. The Conditions set forth herein are intended to regulate the purchase and sale online with generic character, without prejudice to the existence of the particular conditions that are established and are applicable to the particular product contracted by the customer.

In the event that any of the clauses contained herein are declared null and void, these General Terms and Conditions shall not be affected and shall retain their full validity and application, except for the particular clause
