The Tranquilizer Flowcine has been carefully built from the ground up to meet the following criteria:
- Small in size
- Stabilize the lightest gimbals with small amounts of mass
- Reduce vibrations from the lowest possible frequency range and maximize torque without going into self-oscillation, which is a common problem with cable isolators.
hOW DOES IT WORK?
The Tranquilizer Flowcine uses custom polymers instead of cable. We have a system that allows you to switch between different types of hardness and amount of polymers, which allows for perfect adjustment of your weight setting, allowing the Tranquilizer to work optimally. In the package it ships with two sets of polymers, shore 30 and shore 40, and you can easily add more if you have a number of gimbals you want to switch between, as the system allows you to easily add and subtract weight, you have a large weight margin with the standard package.
The Tranquilizer also includes Flowcine Passive plates. These add more mass to the system, and allow you to dial in the perfect weight and also make a big difference in compensating for hard hits. They are very easy to attach and remove on the fly, as long as the gimbal is attached. We include eight of the Flowcine Passive in the package, allowing you to add a little more than 5KG/11LBS to the Tranquilizer.
To reduce the problem of twisting and oscillations, we have a design that allows the system to reduce a lot of incoming vibrations, while at the same time keeping the gimbal at bay from moving around the axis. This allows the gimbal/hot head to be tuned to the highest possible settings and the result will be a gimbal that handles high speeds, wind and other dynamics better when shooting from vehicles.
All in all, the Tranquilizer is a great step forward in helping you produce the smoothest images on the planet. We are very proud to release it in March/April 2017 as an upgrade to your Flowcine Black system!

El Tranquilizer Flowcine ha sido cuidadosamente construido desde cero para cumplir con los siguientes criterios:

¿CÓMO FUNCIONA?
El Tranquilizer Flowcine utiliza polímeros personalizados en lugar de cable. Tenemos un sistema que le permite pasar de diferentes tipos de dureza y cantidad de polímeros, que permite un perfecto ajuste de su peso de configuración, permitiendo que el Tranquilizer trabaje de manera óptima. RANGOS DE PESO DEL TRANQUILIZER:
El Tranquilizer se envía con dos juegos de polímeros, el Shore 30 y el Shore 40.
Los Shores más blandos (20/30) son más adecuados para plataformas más ligeras y/o carreteras planas (para coches normales). Los Shores más duros (40/50/60) son más adecuados para plataformas más pesadas y/o para la conducción de vehículos todoterreno (ATV).
Los pesos listados a continuación incluyen eventuales placas pasivas:
- Rango de peso de la Shore 20: hasta 5,40 - 10,75 kg.
- Rango de peso de Shore 30: hasta 6,70 - 13,25kg
- El peso de Shore 40 varía entre 11,25 y 22,50 kg.
