The adapter reduces the overall size of the magnifier compared to the standard 90-degree model, minimizing collisions with accessories such as matte boxes. This adjustment improves the user experience and positions the screen optimally for portable use, improving comfort and flexibility during photography sessions.

No hands in the frame

The 90-degree magnifier places the shortcut buttons further forward, making it more likely that your hand will appear in the shot while using them.

Hidden touch access port

Made of soft silicone rubber material, the access port ensures comfortable access to the screen even with the magnifier closed. Flexible rubber hangs down to reduce clogging, ensuring a complete lightweight seal when the magnifier is not in use.

Hands-free grip and faster slide lock

Adjust the tension of the magnifier precisely by turning the pretension knob to your liking, either tightening or loosening to modify the friction on the tilt of the magnifier. We've replaced the spring-loaded lock with a sliding mechanism, eliminating the need to press the lock every time you lift the magnifier. To secure the magnifying glass, simply slide the lock.

The straight viewfinder adapter blends seamlessly with the original monitor mount to enhance the viewing experience. 

To install the straight viewfinder adapter, begin by disconnecting the 90-degree adapter from the Sony BURANO magnifier. Use a T8 screwdriver to unscrew the four screws securing the adapter. Insert the adapter straight, making sure the four notches are aligned, and secure it in place with the same screws.
