Three key focal lengths in one lens

The Thypoch Voyager 24-50mm f/2.8 is Thypoch's first full-frame autofocus zoom. It covers the three most-used everyday focal lengths in a single lens: 24 mm for tight spaces and landscapes, 35 mm for reportage and street, and 50 mm for portraits and subject isolation.

Constant f/2.8 and Thypoch's signature look

The f/2.8 aperture stays constant throughout the range, so exposure doesn't shift as you zoom. The 10-blade diaphragm delivers smooth, rounded bokeh at mid apertures and crisp sunstars when stopped down. It inherits the rendering of the Simera cinema series: bokeh created in the glass, not in software.

Internal zoom, lightweight and sealed

At just 432 g with an internal zoom, the lens keeps the same length and centre of gravity from 24 to 50 mm. For video, there's no need to rebalance your gimbal when changing focal length. Weather seals at the mount, focus ring, zoom ring and front element let you keep shooting in rain, dust or sea spray.

Full control for stills and video

Features a physical aperture ring, AF/MF switch, focus hold button and manual focus ring. Focuses down to 30 cm across the whole range, ideal for close-up details at 50 mm.

Compatibility

Sony E mount. Covers full frame (Sony A7, A1, A9 series, FX3…) and also works on APS-C bodies (A6000 series, FX30…) with the corresponding crop.
