Bolt 6 XT 750 12G-SDI/HDMI Wireless TX/RX
Bolt 6 XT 750 12G-SDI/HDMI Wireless TX/RX
REF: TER-10-2300The Bolt 6 XT set is a real-time wireless video streaming system that supports 4K video with Teradek's patented Zero-Delay technology, now with less interference thanks to the new 6GHz wireless frequency.
The Bolt 6 XT can send and receive color-accurate True-HDR video in less than 0.001 seconds using the Bolt 6 XT video transmitter and receiver included in the set.
Key features of the Bolt 6 XT set include range options designed for a variety of production needs, fast reconnect times, intuitive and easy setup with the Bolt Manager app for iOS or Android, and consistent and stable connectivity.
The Bolt 6 XT series uses the 6GHz band to offer users improved image quality and reduced interference.
In addition, when used in high-traffic areas, the 6GHz wireless frequency gives Bolt 6 XT users more frequency tuning options with 12 new channels. The Bolt 6 can also pass metadata, timecode and start/stop flags from most camera manufacturers.
The Bolt 6 XT has been redesigned to fit perfectly into its configuration, with a smaller, lighter construction that runs cooler and 50% quieter than the Bolt 4K. An integrated 5-pin USB port enables effortless, cable-free camera control setup when using SmallHD smart monitors, and an enhanced long-range wireless video mode. The Bolt 6 also offers new tools for high-end users to have better visibility over their connections and signals, adding confidence to the workflow no matter how challenging the environment.
The included transmitter and receiver are compatible with the entire Bolt 4K series-including Bolt 4K, Bolt 4K LT and Bolt 4K monitoring modules-giving you the option to expand your workflow requirements.
Connect up to 6 receivers to one transmitter, or an unlimited number of receivers when used in broadcast mode (available on MAX models).
The Bolt 6 XT offers three line-of-sight options: 750 feet, 1500 feet and the MAX set, which can be configured up to 5,000+ feet. In addition, you can upgrade your set to include Gold or V-Mount battery plates.
Over
6GHzWifi routers, cell phones, IoT devices and competing wireless video systems are among the many devices that use the 5GHz frequency to communicate wirelessly, making it a very crowded space where you're likely to encounter frequent interference and even video dropouts.
It uses the newly released 6GHz wireless frequency for a much quieter wireless environment (although it can still be configured in 5GHz mode for backwards compatibility). In 6GHz Mode, Bolt 6 users will access faster connections and less interference for a better wireless experience.
The 6GHz frequency is already available in the U.S. and Canada under UNII-5 government specifications. More countries will open up the 6GHz frequency in 2023.
