Normal Li-ion batteries offer 100W/8A output and are suitable for most ENG cameras, but film cameras such as ALEXA require about 85W of high power consumption, which is too heavy for normal Li-ion batteries: battery life will be reduced if full consumption power is used for a long time. In addition, if there is a monitor, the lighting works together, and the total power will be above 100W, and normal batteries can not be fully depleted.

Using S-8183A high charge battery, it can get at least 180W/15A with constant power output, which can drive more high power cameras, lighting and other equipment easily, and will not reduce the battery life during a long time of high power output.

240Wh/16.7Ah high capacity:

Built with 24pcs 18650 batteries, it achieves 240Wh/16.7Ah high capacity.

It can work about 8 hours for normal 30W ENG cameras; and about 2.5 hours for ARRI Alexa camera

6A Fast Charging

S-8183A supports 6A fast charging, to save more than 50% charging time, can be charged from 0 to 80% after 2.5 hours, and fully charged in 3.8 hours.

Built-in D-tap DC output socket

On the top of S-8183A battery there is a D-tap DC output socket, for DC14.4V (Nominate) connection, such as camera lights, monitors, wireless transmitter, etc.

Maximum power of D-tap is 120W, 10A.

4-level LED power indicator

On the battery side, there are 4-level LED power indicators to check the remaining battery capacity. You can get a quick view of the capacity before use.
