Amaran Halo 200x (EU)

Designed for creators who want studio-quality lighting made accessible for larger setups, the amaran Halo 200x is a compact, 200W bi-color COB light built for home studios, livestream rooms, and small sets. With class-leading light output, a monolight design that powers from a single AC cable, and simple, intuitive controls, this compact COB makes it easier to build a reliable lighting setup that keeps your workflow moving.

Whether you’re investing in your first light or building a multi-light studio, the amaran Halo 200x focuses on what matters most for creators: powerful, consistent bi-color output for natural results and an all-metal build made to last – delivering reliable amaran quality you can count on for everyday shoots, without adding complexity to your workflow.

The amaran Halo 200x packs 179W of light output to deliver the brightest output in its class, reaching up to 10,530 lux @ 1m (bare) – over 64% more output than the amaran 200x S. This extra headroom plus a wider 85o beam angle makes it easier to diffuse or shape your light without hotspots using modifiers with its full-size metal Bowens Mount, so you can craft different looks across larger setups.

Built to keep setups efficient and clutter-free, the amaran Halo 200x features an all-in-one monolight design with its power supply integrated directly into the light – so you can start creating faster with a single AC cable and no external power brick. With fewer components to manage, your setup stays cleaner and easier to scale.

With separate brightness and color temperature knobs and a clear, simplified interface, the amaran Halo 200x keeps adjustments fast and intuitive with virtually no learning curve. For wireless control, pair your amaran Halo 200x or multiple lights in the Halo family in the amaran app with just a tap via built-in NFC – even before turning it on.

Designed for growing studios, the amaran Halo 200x delivers high-output performance in a space-saving footprint that’s easy to place, quick to set up, and simple to store. Plus, its integrated tilting bracket with a built-in carry grip makes handling easier and angle adjustments faster. Despite its compact body, optimized cooling keeps it quiet at 28 dBA, so you can record without distractions.

From livestream studios to production sets, the amaran Halo 200x supports DMX control via USB-C so your lighting can stay in the same wired workflow across the amaran Halo lineup. Integrate with industry standard consoles and software using the optional USB-C to 5- Pin DMX In & Out Adapter1 for cues, multi-light looks, and repeatable scenes.
