Description

RED Digital Cinema is introducing a new Cine-Broadcast Module that supports up to 2 channels of 4K 60P over 12G-SDI, as well as IP broadcast ready with SMPTE ST 2110. This module also features advanced live workflows including slow-motion, AI/ML augmentation, and live streaming to headsets using 8K 120FPS R3Ds with RED Connect.

The Cine-Broadcast Module utilizes hybrid fiber optical cables and connects to a rack-mountable base station. This new offering from RED Digital Cinema allows for easier integration of RED cameras into live broadcast workflows, providing stunning visuals with the dynamic range, color science, and image quality that RED is known for, bringing a true cinematic look to live broadcasts.

Cinematic Live Broadcast: Supports up to 2 channels of 4K 60P (HDR/SDR) over 12G-SDI.

IP Broadcast Ready: SMPTE ST 2110 (TR-08) with up to 4K 60P JPEG-XS.

Advanced Live Workflows: Features include slow-motion, AI/ML augmentation, and live streaming to headsets using 8K 120FPS R3Ds with RED Connect.

Hybrid Fiber Optical Cable: Utilizes SMPTE 311M/304M cables, connecting to a rack-mountable 2U full rack or 4U half rack base station
