The 18mm lens offers the world's widest anamorphic lens – a new standard in ultra-wide-angle perspective for cinematic immersion with incredible close focus with a wide-angle field of view.

Continuing its legacy of excellence, the 18mm Orion features a 140° horizontal field of view, the widest horizontal field of view of any Cinemascope-format 35mm motion picture camera lens in production.

The Orion 18mm T2 is optimized for use on digital and film sensors and offers:

- Lower distortion for an incredibly wide lens

- 140º horizontal field of view with 2x anamorphic compression

- 18” (1.5') close focus

- Imager Coverage: 4-perf film for Cinema aspect ratio of 2.40:1. 16:9 from Alexa LF (full height) format mode

- Covers edge-to-edge full-frame formats with Atlas 1.6x LF Extender and Atlas 1.4x LF Extender.
