The CXV-KOMU is a direct battery mount designed specifically for the RED Komodo camera, adapting the Canon BP battery plate to the V-mount, allowing the use of 14.4V V-Mount batteries and leaving the camera's DC input available for AC power and hot-swapping batteries
When used with "smart" batteries that pass SMBUS data, such as Core SWX batteries, the camera will read battery percentage and run time, providing accurate remaining battery capacity information
It is equipped with 3 DC output ports: P-Tap, USB, and 2-pin Lemo. The board also has a reinforced V-Mount locking mechanism, making it the most robust V-Mount board on the market.

El CXV-KOMU es un montaje de baterías directo diseñado específicamente para la cámara RED Komodo, adaptando la placa de baterías Canon BP a la montura V, permitiendo el uso de baterías V-Mount de 14.4V y dejando la entrada de CC de la cámara disponible para la alimentación de CA y el intercambio de baterías en caliente.
Cuando se utiliza con baterías "inteligentes" que pasan los datos SMBUS, como las baterías Core SWX, la cámara leerá el porcentaje de la batería y el tiempo de funcionamiento, proporcionando información precisa de la capacidad restante de la batería.
